At GloVia, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Packaging must be unopened with seals intact

  • Items must be new and unopened

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • All packaging, documentation, and certificates must be returned

  • Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons


2. Wrong/Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include photo or video proof

  • We will arrange a return for replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Damaged, altered, or resized items

  • Items damaged due to customer negligence or misuse


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
