1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Packaging must be unopened with seals intact

Items must be new and unopened

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

Receipt or proof of purchase is required

All packaging, documentation, and certificates must be returned

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons
2. Wrong/Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:

We will arrange a return for replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
