  • Our handling time(Processing time) is about 3 to 5 days.

Delivery Times

  • African Countries: Only Express shipping is available (5 to 7 business days)

  • Rest of the world: Only Standard shipping is available (7 to 14 business days)

Shipping Terms

  • Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are payable upon arrival

  • Payment of these fees is required to obtain your shipment

  • You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the destination country

  • GloVia is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply

  • Certain countries may require documentation before items are shipped; failure to provide necessary information may result in delays

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays within each country

  • Included in the shipping cost

  • GloVia provides protection against physical loss or damage to your shipment from external causes during transportation

  • Shipment insurance ensures your purchases are protected in the event of loss or damage in transit

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details (if available) to monitor your delivery status


6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, re-delivery costs may apply
